Return Policy for Paid Advisory or Consulting Calls and Meetings

At Fashion Startup Advisors, we strive to provide exceptional consulting and advisory services to our clients. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. 1-Hour Strategy Session

• Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their 1-hour strategy session without penalty by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment.

• Refunds: If a cancellation is made within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be issued. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, no refund will be provided.

• Rescheduling: Clients are encouraged to reschedule their 1-hour strategy session to avoid the cancellation fee.

2. Advisory and Consulting Services (Beyond the 1-Hour Strategy Session)

• Contract Agreement: Once the advisory or consulting services contract is signed, it is considered a binding agreement between Fashion Startup Advisors and the client.

• No Cancellation or Refund: After the contract is signed, there is no provision for cancellation or refund. Clients are expected to commit to the agreed-upon terms and duration of the service.

• Service Commitment: We are dedicated to delivering high-quality services as outlined in the contract. Should there be any issues or concerns, clients are encouraged to communicate with us promptly to address and resolve them.

• Non-Refundable Services: All services rendered by Fashion Startup Advisors, including but not limited to consulting calls, advisory sessions, and strategic planning, are non-refundable after they have been delivered.
