discovery call & Preparation

We will have an initial 30-min call to help me understand your current business needs. Together we will decide what will be the focus. I will also ask you to do preparation on your business so we can get the most out of our sessions.

1-on-1 Sessions

Over the course of 4-weeks we will have focused 1-hour sessions where I will provide mentoring and guidance on one area of focus. I will provide a framework, strategy and action plan to help you achieve your goals.

EMAIL SUpport

In addition to our weekly sessions, I will be available for email support throughout the series. At the completion of our sessions I will remain available for email support 2 weeks following the end of our sessions.

    We will work together to define your target consumer, build a brand guide and develop the brand mission, core vales and purpose. Using my framework, this work will lead to logo, typography, colors and an initial mood board.

  • Collection Plans

    Building the collection is the heart of your fashion brand. With my buying and merchandising expertise, I will guide you on building your collection across product categories, building season-less core styles and identifying colorways.

  • Samples & Production

    Creation of tech packs, sourcing fabric and finding the right manufacturer are key to the success of your brand. I will guide you on developing the collection tech packs, identifying a factory and creating the first samples.

  • Pricing & Margin

    Pricing helps defines your brand positioning and target consumer. We will develop a pricing strategy based on target margins and the competitive landscape. My strategy and framework will allow you to price future collections.

  • Marketing

    We will deep dive into your paid and unpaid channel performance. Through the lens of maximizing sales we will develop a roadmap that will focus on acquiring qualified traffic, improving KPIs which will lead to higher sales.

  • Budgeting

    Budgets are key to your success. Defining goals upfront will give you an understanding of your investment and targets you want to achieve. I will work with you to create your budgets so you have a better handle on your business.

  • Channel development

    Scaling your business through channel diversification will lead to greater brand awareness and will grow your existing channels. I will advise you on how to launch your brand in retail or wholesale and define a go-forward strategy.

  • sales analysis

    Understanding your daily, weekly and monthly sales will allow you to manage your inventory, promotions and guide you in creating future collections. I will give you the tools and framework I developed to help you better manage your business.

  • Website Performance

    You are bringing in qualified traffic, but you have low conversion. I will review your site performance from homepage, navigation, merchandising and checkout and together we will develop an action plan to improve your site metrics.
